Cancellation Policy

To maintain the highest standards of service, all treatments require healthy nails. I regret that I am unable to accommodate individuals with damaged nails or broken skin around their nails. A consultation is highly recommended for all bookings to ensure optimal results. To secure your appointment, a booking fee is required, which will be deducted from the total cost of services. Please note that the booking fee is non-refundable and amounts to $15. Punctuality is essential; please arrive promptly, as I reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments delayed by 10 minutes or charge a late fee of $10. (Please communicate with me in a timely manner.) I do not work over other nail shops' work, and a removal soak-off may be necessary. If you are unwell, please reschedule your appointment; there is no extra fee for doing so. To maintain a safe environment for all, please ensure you are free from any sickness. Masks are required, and I accept cash (exact amount), debit/credit cards as payment methods (a $3 processing fee will be added to all card transactions).
