Cancellation Policy

All services MUST be performed on healthy nails. I will NOT service anyone with damage nails or broken skin around nails. Consultation is RECOMMENDED for ALL bookings. I will reach out 1 -2 days before appointment. Deposits are $ 15 & NON REFUNDABLE Please be ON TIME. After 10 minutes there is a $10 LATE fee. At 15 mins your appointment will be cancel. Any appointments after 6pm is considered After Hours and there is a fee of $25 I DO NOT work over other nail shops work!! A removal (soak off will be advised ) If you are SICK please reschedule( there’s NO EXTRA FEE ) In order to keep a safe environment for everyone please make sure you are FREE from any SICKNESS. MASK ARE REQUIRED ONLY CASH (EXACT AMOUNT) & DEBIT/CREDIT CARDS ARE ACCEPTED AS PAYMENT ($ 2 Processing fee will be added to all card transactions.)
